At Anything Wax, we aim to provide you with high-quality, hand-crafted candles that you'll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at anything.waxx@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are only offered for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your request and inspect the provided information, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges on our products due to their unique and hand-crafted nature. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with the same product, subject to availability.
Cancellations
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, all sales are final.
