Yes. We offer custom candle and 3D accessory designs on a limited basis. Custom projects are developed in collaboration with the client and are subject to availability. For inquiries, please contact us with your idea and timeline.

A custom mould is a specific design of a mould that is created to make candles in a unique shape, size, or design. It is used in candle making to produce candles with a distinctive appearance or to match a specific brand image.

Yes, you can request a specific size or shape for your custom mould. We’ll work with you to create a design that fits your requirements.

What are your bags made of?

Our bags are 3D printed using PLA, a recyclable, plant-based plastic, chosen for its durability, structural integrity, and design precision. Each piece is carefully finished and inspected by hand, making every item slightly unique.

Can I rent a bag instead of buying it?

Yes. Selected bags are available for short-term rental, designed for events, photoshoots, trips, or special moments.

Can I buy the bag after renting it?

Yes. If you fall in love with the bag, you can purchase it after the rental. In most cases, the rental fee can be deducted from the final purchase price.

Can I return or exchange my candle?

Since our candles are hand-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If there’s an issue, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out!

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your candle didn’t survive the journey, please send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund to make it right.

Do your candles come in different scents?

Currently, our candles come in vanilla interpretation and leather scents. However, if you're placing a custom order, you can choose from a variety of fragrances to create the perfect scent for your candle!
